From the Archives: Raw Milk, The Choices I Make

A recent lunch

The picture has nothing to do with the post, but this is one of my recent lunches: farm fresh eggs, tomatoes and basil from our garden, chilled roasted Brussel sprouts, and local goat cheese. Quick, filling, and healthy. I could live on this, especially the tomatoes and goat cheese.

Now, where were we? Oh, right…
