You ate too many cookies, or too much pie, or whatever, and now you’re obsessing over it. That won’t help you. What you need to do is forgive yourself, and get back on track. Don’t wait for the New Year–resolutions get broken pretty easily. Just return to your good eating and exercise plan, and let the past go. Getting back on the horse is the best way to tame it.
