Monday Healthy Eating

Today’s tip is for myself: eat chicken soup and citrus fruit. Actually, maybe miso soup…

Yep, I am definitely fighting off something: something icky, that is making my throat sore and me exhausted.Though, so far, that’s about it. no aches, pains, or fever. I think it’s an ear infection. So, my healthy tip this week is for me to rest, and try to find a way to get something down (since I haven’t all day).
