I love the tart lemony flavor, but unless you catch the leaves really young, it definitely works best in combination with either creamy or sweet (or, as with the Thai, a bit of both). I think it&#039;s beautiful with asparagus (I puree it into a smooth soup). And it works really well with Greek lemon soup (I mention that at the bottom of the post). I&#039;ve done that one several times and it&#039;s yummy.]]></description>

There is a Greek lemon soup that calls for chicken, lemon, egg, spinach and I like the idea of orzo in there. What are your thoughts on a chicken, sorrel and orzo soup. The sorrel would mimic the lemon and leafy green and I would not add the aegg.]]></description>
